Right or Wrong? U tell me Is it wrong to want to get to know someone a little (IN PERSON, not just on the phone/computer) before engaging in intimacies? Seriously....why do men think (and some women I guess) it's ok to start the sexual/intimate part before you even know the person. Ok, I was stupid and did this and now all I have is regret. I wanted to know this person more, and gave in to the physical because of his pushiness....MY BAD! User! He said he was sure it would develope into a relationship....yeah right! You know who you are....so if you read this, also read the comments to go along with it. Thanks for the bitter leftover taste, now my guard is truly up! I agree that sometime intimacy is ok upfront....not full blown sex....the touching, kissing, playing (no sex or oral)....I wanna know who I'm being intimate with, before I learn things I do not like about this person....then I'll decide if I'm ok with this person enough to do whatever! Is this too much to ask?! Or is being cautious now being a prude since we are on this site? Yes, we are here for sex, but I want it in a safe way...when I'm ready and on my own terms. If you can't respect someone's wishes....just leave them alone and move one to what you want! Don't push them into what they are not truly ready for! And if you'd like them to engage in something that they are curious about, that you've already been into, would you not have the decency to have patience enough to let them be introduced to it at their own pace and not pushed into it?! Come on....where is the R-E-S-P-E-C-T?! Some of this is written out of frusteration (however true!), so excuse me for venting....but this is the place to if we need to right?! lol |

Nothing wrong with wanting this. Next time, put it on the table first. If you didn't get what you wanted, don't let somebody else order for you next time. It sounds like a shitty lesson. Let go of your resentment, try to get something positive from it, like your maturing ability to be direct about your needs.

Thx peetrbeetr....resentments gone....moved on, I saw red flags and ignored them....thought I was giving the benefit of the doubt, won't do so when I see the red flags now! Things were put on the table, however, curiosity kept me intrigued. Next time....I'll be running like forrest gump! To all who see red flags...."run forrest run!"
