Friends With Benefits

I was feeling sort of low today thinking about all the male friends I have on my network but most of them are not local and the ones that are were just looking. I know I am not Barbie and most men say they are not looking from Barbie but we know they are. Not only do they want to look f=good in bed they want that women to look good on their arm too. I am a plus size proud black woman I have dated out side my race since the 70's and even then it was a challenge as it was the 70's but even now 2012 things are not better and I am at a lost at what to do. I have all but given up on dating seems like men don't want to get to know you just want to jump your bones and never call you back. I am looking for advice from my Local Adult Companion family what is happening to the art of dating? Has it gone by the way side? Is sex more important than a nice night of dinner, dancing and or a movie? Heck I would go to the zoo. My question is what has happened to the "date"?

 I don't think dating has changed really but we live in such a high speed society a lot of people just want an anonymous fling. There seems to be a lot of people on this site that are just not being real, I think maybe picture collectors, people wanting to put another notch on the headboard and just lurkers. I wish that I lived closer to you because I would love to date someone that en joy's a nice dinner and a movie with someone they like. I wish you all the luck in your search as I know the feeling of what has happened, I can not seem to find the right one either.
