updates and body parts I haven't updated my blog recently for a reason. No, it's not that i have nothing to say....that RARELY happens..lol. More along the lines of injuring my index finger on my left hand, so typing is a bit difficult. Oh, i see where your mind is going already....no, didn't injure it THAT way..ROFL. Was turning off shower knobs & hand slipped, basically bruised it somehow & cut it across the knuckle pretty deep. I tell this story not to<b> illicit </font></b>sympathy, but merely to draw attention to the fact that i'm a bit on the accident prone side. Well, mebbe more than a bit. I could give a run down of the various ways i've injured myself over the years, but there's really not enuf room to go into that kind of detail. Two of those injuries involved lawsuits, one that was finally settled last year. Prior to the settlement i had to sit thru & go over all of my medical records to get ready for my own deposition. After reviewing the mass amounts of paper (uh...yeah...a LOT), i promptly turned to my attorney & said "ya know, i was due for another injury of some sort. if it wasn't the elevator, it woulda been something else. I WAS DUE"...ROFL...we both laughed. He then said "DON'T EVER SAY THAT AGAIN TILL THIS SUIT IS OVER!!!!!!!!!!!". Funny little man. Shorter than me, had to read documents abot 3 inches from his face. Would every once and awhile actually get a laugh out of him. He was my attorney for almost 2 1/2 yrs dealing with the lawsuit. We'd talk at least a few times a week, end up on various other topics. I had to contact his office to get a copy of a document sent to me a few weeks ago. The receptionist put me on hold (a new one-he goes thru a lot of them). The phone is finally picked up & it's him, my strange little funny man attorney, on the line. He said the girl was putting copy of doc into the mail for me, but he just wanted to say hi & see how i was doing. Whether or not i had any new body part issues...ROFL...We talked for probably about 15 minutes...no, wasn't charged..lol, then said good bye. He said keep in touch, if i need anything, call him. Anyway...wow, i started with just the "i haven't done my blog because...." & somehow ended up way over here. Welcome to my disjointed, somewhat scattered workings of my mind. He likes you ......he couldnt say or do anything till the law suit was over tho. hehehe I went thru that with my divorce atty. Told him call me when your divorce is final. Yea he was cute and I would have liked him but he was married! Told him I just dumped one like that, not going there again. But it was kinda nice to know he felt that way considering I just ripped a hole in my life where 30yrs of living was and thought it was over. I wouldnt be surprised if he didnt do it again tho and call you for nothing much  .
