Are you able to resist the urge to check into various websites Local Adult Companion, other email, IMs, twitter, social sites like Facebook etc. whenever you have a spare moment or even if you are busy doing other thing? You know there is probably nothing of great interest since you last checked, but you do it anyway.

 I tend to check my emails more than signing on to different sites. Very rarely do I do it when otherwise occupied so I don't feel any guilt.

 On occasion I do feel guilty, especially on weekends when I know I have stuff to do but I'm feeling lazy lol. I'm not totally into the social networking sites, I stay mainy with this site and IM's.
