I don't know..

My 's father lives in florida and my flys out once a month to go see him.

I pick her up from the airport and on the way home she hands me a wad of money.

me: where did this come from

her: daddy's

me: did daddy give this to you

her: no i took it off the counter

me: does daddy know you took it off the counter

her: well no

me: how much is here

her: 85 but 50 is from my piggy bank

me: so you took 35 from your father. how about from daddy's gf?

her: she doesn't leave her money out on the counter...

me: did you take any of her money from anywhere else or money from anyone else

her: no that would be stealing

i am now laughing

her: mommy is that a crazy laugh

me: yes i am very upset. taking money from your father isn't stealing? why did you take money from your father

her: I DON'T KNOW

I felt like i had fallen through the rabbit hole into a Bill Cosby sitcom.
