Damn that is messed up. Doesn't your phone have an option for pass-coding certain things? If so you may want to start hiding certain things from prying eyes.
If the photo can't be identified as "your" pussy shot you can always try this excuse.

A nasty stalker person sent it to me and I'm keeping it as evidence for the police if they keep on bothering me.
