Formal offer accepted

I finally received my formal offer and I accepted. I will be moving to Denver January 1st. WOW!
Now to find a place to live. This is going to prove difficult with a and 2 cats. I am not sure I want to live in an apartment community nor do I want to purchase something now. I am excited about the new start.
