The Anxiety


i think everyone experiences some anxiety in there lives. Sometimes it is more or less here depending on the situation. Like for example meeting someone or having a date for the first time. Then there other types of anxiety that exist getting or maintaing a job,paying bills, and dealing with other people. The best you can do is try to ease the anxiety and distract yourself. I admit myself have experienced numerous times. So how do you do deal with anxiety? What is the way you distract yourself from it. Just Curious.

I like the anxiety to heighten the excitement and anticipation of what might come next, so I don't try to distract myself. It just puts a little sharper edge on what often turns out to be a great experience... Since most of my experiences have been good, I guess that I may have a little less anxiety about meeting some one new...

I have never found an effective way to distract myself.
