 My experience with the site, is that even if all the technical issues were to be magically resolved, the basic reason for the site still doesn't seem to be acheivable.
Not the Whole Truth but the truth that I can see.

 Standard members need to realize that most women who hang out on chat are usually fakes/scammers, paying female members generally don’t use it. Since you can’t read profiles you also can’t recognize the BS or blank profiles the scammers typically use. Worse yet the site often logs people that don’t want to use IM into It automatically despite their account setting so they just ignore it. When women get buried by a ton of incoming IM, they can’t possibly reply to all of them even if they wanted to. First come first served. If you pay to email them first, you might be able to get them to chat with you later. It’s not always the systems fault, but the assumptions you are making.

That is because it works for everyone. It's just that women aren't answering men's IM's. or suddenly the IM stops working when a guy isn't attractive or creeps us out.
