♣ A WeekEnd GetAway ...One Of Many
A lovely weekend get away, one of many, is in the Napa Valley, outside of San Francisco.

Every square inch of land has been purchased and vineyards are growing.

It is clear that there is an glut of grapes.

There are rows and rows of the vine and it is very green.

The temperatures are very hot, and there is some elevated humidity because of the irrigation.

I enjoyed the abundance of expensive and some inexpensive dining experiences. One can spend $200.00 for a memorable eating experience, or one can go to the lovely , lovely Deli, Oakville Grocery Store in Yountville and dine alfresco.

The Valley seems to have exploded, and the demand is great for visiting, Spas, Dining and Wine Tasting.

It is more expensive than ever to stay in the Napa Valley.

I was able to stay for the weekend without a reservation at the Meadowood Country Club, in St. Helena, at Country Club prices.

I especially enjoyed swimming in their olympic sized pool, in the evening, when the days are so hot.
