Halloween



So I was invited out with friends to spend Halloween out on the town. This is the first time in a very long time that I was out as a woman, not a mom, not a wife.....A WOMAN!

So the evening started with a stop at the liquor store for provisions in case of an afterparty. Then on to Bricktown and Citywalk. Met up with the first of our party and the first of many drinks. We wandered around the club and checked out our options. Finally decided on a place to park ourselves and staked our claim to a table. Front and center in front of the band. "Andy Gibb" started his band playing awesome 80s music.

Soon the rest of our party arrived and we continued on. We decided after a couple of buckets and some jerks nearby to move to a new location. Found a nice techno area and continued our party. Before we knew it they were telling everyone it was time to hit the exits.

Good thing we stopped at the liquor store for provisions, because onward we went. On to a friends house and drinking game. For some reason alcohol does several things for me...I tend to get amorous. I also tend to get very good at whatever I am doing. So while everyone else at the table was taking shot after shot, I stayed the whole game with my one drink. That is not to say I didn't get hammered.
