Not true.... well for me. I've just read that a University in North Carolina have found too much high-intensity exercise and endurance training can lower the sex hormones in the body, reducing sex drive. They recommend keeping it to 75 to 150 minutes a week to keep the libido firing. I can't speak for endurance training, but I do high-intensity exercise. When I'm working I do at least 90 mins. a week, and a lot more when I'm on holidays, can be around 180 mins. Sometimes I wish it would reduce my sex drive..... well just a little. |

Probably better to be in the lucky position of being able to perform exercise and endurance training through the act of sex. Few of us are that lucky I think

I can tell you one sure fire way to lose your sex drive but I wouldn't wish it on my worst enemy....get sick. Just stay the way tou are. ~~Anais Nin~~
