I love my little tax deductions
I got my W-2's today! Now I've got to do the filing thing and wait for my return. I have plans for some of this $...
I'm going to do some more home renovations, replace some things that badly need replacing, and I do something really fun with the midgets.
What're you all doing with your returns, or do you have to pay this year?

 I forget sometimes that we do things in America that isn't done elsewhere. A chunk of our paychecks goes to the government for an "income tax". At the end of the year when we get our W-2's, a little bit of math later, we figure out if we've paid too much, or not enough. Over paid, we get a refund, under paid and we owe more money. People get deductions on what they "owe" if they have midgets, among some other things. Therefor, I love my little "tax deductions".
