 WOW that's alot of sleep are ya all rested now?when I do that I feel more tired then I did on 6hrsbut I do enjoy doing that when I get the chance

 Its good for you. I got so tired last week I slept 16 hours straight. First time I had done that in forever. Now that I am watching my health more I am not afraid to just say fuck it and go to bed.

Bad part about it is my body aches from being immobile for so long. I want to sleep long again. I need it.

I was rested, but need more since I have been forever been doing fundraisers for the American Cancer Society. Burning the candles at both ends. I'm pooped!
