 Yeah I try to set up any first meet to make sure I'm in a good frame of mind. I make sure to workout every night that week. If I'm sick at all, I'll put it off. I'll usually fast the day before so as to make sure I couldn't eat anything that upsets my stomach as well.

 First impressions can say a lot about someone. If someone is sick and wants to meet that just doesn't make any sense. If I am sick I don't want to meet anyone either.
