 Agreed with above. Do something different, change something up. Throw yourself out of your routine. Paint a room. Build something. Do a good deed.

 I get that way when I'm single any length of time. I get cranky, irritable and then get depressed eventually. Then when I date and no one lives up to my expectations it gets worse, so I get a serious case of "fuck off" attitude.

If you're not saying the exact things I want to hear, I won't get mean, I just won't bother. If I don't get a vibe that she's into me, I will just walk away and not bother. That is why the ones who play "hard to get" get tossed aside quickly.

If fucking someone new doesn't get me out of it, it helps to cope at least.

 I don't know if my methods are all that healthy long term. Mostly, I just slap a smile on my face and pretend that as little as possible is bothering me. It works a fair bit, but when confronted with dumb people/actions it can still waver.
