Why do people lie

Am heading out for a 3 day sale in western ky. This will be short and sweet.

I used to be a black and white person. I happen to tell the truth, not matter what the outcome. Now, I believe a small lie, not to hurt someone is ok depending on the situation. I would hate to hurt a lil old ladies feelings. haha.

I am talking about men that I know and I do know a few that out and out lie all the time. It's like they have several different lives. why, it's not fair to anybody involved. We all know people like that, you just don't know what to believe even if you pretty much know their life or are involved in it somehow.

 I agree dragonlady. its sad people feel the need to lie just for the fun of it. i have no time for people like that.

 Lots on here that will give you a good story just to get what they want out of relationship to find out it was all a lie. They had a wife and kid back home. I heard lots of stories on here how they were done in for both men and women. Just have to take it slow and be safe on this site. Think before you react. Have a great day and wonderful post hugs V
