Here is part of the "canned" answer I got back from customer service today, after asking the simple question how can you sit back and let so many members get angry and quit over the new policy of basic members not being able to reply to gold/silver/ or any paying members emails sent to them

NO WHERE ON THIS LIST DOES IT SAY (ANYMORE) THAT THE PEOPLE THE GOLD MEMBERS SENT AN EMAIL TO CAN RESPOND BACK, as they once were just a month or so ago. WHAT THE HECK ARE THE "GOLD" MEMBERS PAYING FOR ANYWAY. LET THEM KNOW EVERY WAY POSSIBLE.
