Awkward Silence

I have a hard time with it, to be truthful.

A while back I had decided to not blog here anymore. I really wasn't looking to 'hook up' with anyone, but isn't that kind of the pointof being on a site like this?

Yet, here I am.... Again.

Still not looking to hook up with anyone, but there are so many things I keep bottled up because I don't really feel like I can talk about this stuff with anyone.

I can talk about it here, though, in the comfortable anonymity the internet offers, without fear of that crippling awkward silence I usually experience when I reveal these truths in real life.

This leaves me perplexed, though.

My question to all of you who may happen across my blog and read this post is, is it false advertisement to frequent this site without the intention to hook up with someone?

 Eve and I are not looking for hookups here either...In Florida we met a few couples to go riding motorcycles with, but up here in the Great White North we've met no one...I just stay here to blog as well...
If I Had Known I'd Live This Long I'd Have Taken Better Care Of Myself..!!

 Not false advertising at all. I'm not really looking either but am here to read the blogs and blog on occasion. If a woman contacted me for a possible meet I would consider it but in close to 4yrs total it hasn't happened.
If you see me in the real world, come say "Hi Justskin."

I always behave. Preferably not well.

I have been harassed in the past by local guys who live near me because I will not meet them. I'm always honest, and I try to respond to all the emails I receive because everything needs closure of some kind, but I have gotten flack for being on here even though I'm not interested in meeting.

 No, it's not false advertising at all! Plenty of members have profiles that explicitly state that they're here to blog ONLY.

I haven't been looking to hook up for years now, but every so often someone manages to crack my shell.

Lately, I've been blogging about stuff I can't write or say anywhere else, and I am so grateful for all the support I've received.
