Todays question is, How important is it to write a fantastic profile? Do people ever read them or just llok at the pictures. In this ever increasing sea of males in this small pond how do you make your profile stand out? Any suggestions ?

 I suppose the answer is 'depends what you wish to achieve and who you want to attract'.

Personally, yes I always read profiles and I tend not to bother with someone who has little or no information on there (or even worse, has an auto profile and loads of 'prefer not to say' fields).

Not everyone write brilliantly but even something short, honest and friendly is better than nothing.

The ratio of men to women on this site means that profiles can help a man stand out. Hopefully for the right reasons
