I mean activity or exercise of course! Would I be surprised at what you thought of that title? I went for a jog this morning with my brutes. It is a beautiful morning, so it was less punishing than usual . I saw many folks out jogging, walking and just enjoying the morning. I may not have done my thing with the gusto of my youth, but I hang in there. There are so many things we can do. Do you have an increased activity level in the warm weather? What would you like to do if you could?

 When I read your title of this post .. I was thinking Pal. I am normally doing some kind of exercise at the gym and a few golf games that put in some walking trying to caught the little ball around the course hoping it does go into the hole sometime. With the extreme hot weather I rather be at the beach doing nothing! hugsssssssssss V

 I would swim every day if I could but darn that working stuff. Hot weather makes me lethargic, my activity level will rise in the Autumn.
Opportunity may knock only once, but temptation bangs on the door forever!
