+++ Is it a regressive gene?
I am referring to the Moan Day syndrome that hits me every Monday morning. I don't know why, since I am retired, but I always have a bit of reluctance to get the day started on Monday morning. I just mope around in slow gear until the first cup of coffee kicks in , then I am good to go. How does your Monday morning start? Is it any different than other days? Do you have a system to avoid it?

 I think that I have it!! I just lay in bed as long as I can. I just can not get moving. Coffee does help a litlle

 Usually my days are pretty much all the same, and it's a relief when Monday comes because I don't like weekends, but I must say that today it was a really bad one, which I expected to be, being the first day that I would be all alone since my baby's passing.
