I think as we get older, we do have to modify our exercising a bit, but it's all good they are always coming out with new ways to exercise..But I have to say sexercise is my favorite workout..Have a great day..

Yes, commitments can get in the way but a hard workout, at least, once a week helps keep you toned. What's probably more important is to modify your food intake. If you're not working out as much, then you might want to watch what you eat. I know, obvious and easier said than done, but it works for me. IMHO cutting back on carbs on "rest days" usually keeps your waistline in check.

I am working with a personal trainer, which because I have paid keeps me honest for my work outs.

Sometimes you just have to make the time to exercise. I can tell you right now I am getting lots with all this snow shoveling outside ty.. I can't wait for summer time when you can get out and do more hiking around the area. hugsss V Become a blog watcher sweet_vm

My exercise regime now consists of walking regularly up and down my stairs, walking to and from the bus and having sex!

Exercise? You don't get a body like mine by exercising. However, if you wanted to give me a work-out, I'd be on board! Opportunity may knock only once, but temptation bangs on the door forever!
