Mulling this through my head for a while and still confused with the possible outcomes. But what does it mean to you if you read the following, and does it imply an outcome that I have taken thought of. Up to you to fathom also. I use the word Dominant as more an instigator controller not in the DOM/BDSM term, which may apply aslo.
MFM = MF couple wanting Male. Male dominant wanting Male for Female only? Or M (bull) wanting F with cuck M?
FMM = FM couple wanting Male. Female dominant wanting Male for Male only? Or is it = Female Dominant wanting M+M for herself?
MMF = Dominant Male wanting MF couple, for M on M + M on F activity, Bi?
or is it 2 x M wanting to experience a F? Or M wishing to join in with M+F only for the F?
MFF = MF couple wanting F. Male dominant wanting F for F only? M wanting 2 x F?
or MF couple wanting F both?
FMF = FM couple wanting F. F dominant wanting F for M only? FM couple wanting F for both? Single F wanting couple MF,
FFM = 2xF wanting to experience M? or F wishing to join couple FM for FF only ? Or DOM F wanting FF on sub M?

These are just the possibilities that can come across (my mind) when you see these letters in some form of arrangement, but are usually set as MFF or MFM.
Then I suppose it can really blow your mind when it can go on into the addition of another letter.
Don't get carried away with the possibilities.Too mind blowing. As I am just looking at the inferences you can receive from just that format of adding a M or F to a couple.
If you could read between the letters then at least you would know what you were in for before you applied.
