AFF is sqeezing out standard members

Local Adult Companion is squeezing out facilities for standard members. Previously it used to allow 20 chat invitations on the IM. Now it has been brought down to 5 only. Previously it used to allow reading messages and replying to sent messages from premium members. Now it does not even allow reading those messages. So if one wants to even read a message he has to become a premium member by force. Very sad state of affairs.

 All such sites, even vanilla dating sites, have problems with flakes, fakes, and chicken-shits. Features that allow free access build up the number of users but puts no revenue into the company and encourage pretenders.

However, all these sites push on the promise that you will find what you are looking for - vanilla sites it might be a marriage partner, or 'traditional dates", on this site it pushes sex. So for us we are here as a couple seeking others for sex, but that doesnt mean we will have sex with all the others on here looking for sex with couples and vice versa - and there is the problem - what becomes the value of being on this site? If the ease of access is too liberal, free, it pads up the numbers, but also the fakes. But if the success of the site is low for its members, then the who wants to shed the bucks?

This site is a business first and foremost. It's probably not in their interest to shut down all standard members. They have bought out many competitors over the years and bombard the internet with links and sister sites that bring you right back here. So seems their business model has less to with purging dead profiles and fakes and more to do with monopolizing the market and then limiting the accessibility of the features - cuz where else you gonna go?

 Thank you all for visiting my blog and responding to my post. Though I realize that it is a business site and business is their priority, still these facilities existed from a very long time. i believe their existence enhanced the popularity of this site. So I was sad the facilities were being squeezed out. Not that I cannot become a paid member of the site; but its performance till date does not motivate me to become a paid member. Anyway, again thank you all for your views.
