"My best medicine". Even at a young age, I thought laughter was the best medicine. It helped me when I was in a dark place, it brought me back in the light. So i loved laughter and I promoted it. All of my life and encourage people to get their share of laughter. For it's free! From babies to the elderly, I tried to pass on this medicine. I probably love laughter and humor more that anyone alive! I sometimes includes humor in my blogs and try to creat a smile or two. but when I reminese and my mind wonders and I go back to my past. I found out laughter is not my best medicine! I need laughter, and love it, but it's not my best medicine. It might be yours, but minds is something totally diffferent. Not only it's my best medicine, by I learn something about myself and how I feel. In 1971, Michael jackson sung a song called "Got to be there". One of my favorite songs ever! I love them lyrics. I was very young in 1971, and the song taught me about Love. I listen to the song and my light get brighter and brighter, and that dark place disappears. There was a feeling i had for this girl I grew up with. I couldn't explained how i felt, but listen to the song, it must be love! I then use song lyrics as my way to get out my cave. The first verse still bring tears to my eyes. Here is the lyrics. "Got to be there, got to be there, be there in the morning, when she wake up to the world.. Got to be there, got to be there, be there bring her good times and shows her that she's my girl. I love these lyrics! I really got into lyrics after this song. A few years later, I told that girl i loved, that I want her to be the first thing I see every morning. too bad, she didn't feel the same. Laughter is awesome! But song lyrics is my best medicine! I have to agree wholeheartedly. There is something about music that soothes a wounded soul. Doesn’t matter what type of song but that magic combination of lyrics and tempo put me in a good spot. My former medicines used to be movies and tv shows but they have lost the luster due to covid and other considerations. I also love making people laugh but when my mood is low, it’s nearly impossible to strike up the funny unless it’s really dark humor. My only lament is I am terminally white in my rhythm. Can’t dance to save my soul but hey if you’re looking at me dance, that’s your problem not mine  My name is MrWrong and I approved this comment

Your so right my friend Laughter and Music help me get rid of my blues as well. And in these trying times both Laughter and Music really play important part in helping all of us deal with the daily grind. I hope you enjoy a wonderful Hump Day my friend..
