 Is she in your Friends list? Maybe she just liked your pictures and (mistakenly) put them on her own "Photos|Albums" page instead of "View my favorite photos"

 i've had that happen to me too... a hung male friend of mine also had it happen, he took down his profile after the 2nd time.
