Is Bread Good For Us? Choose bread with higher fiber and vitamin levels. Generally sprouted bread is a great choice and white bread is not. Gluten free is great, but expensive. There is a lot of controversy over bread, as to whether it is healthy, because of gluten. My advice is to eat it sparingly, and not after sundown, unless you're gonna have a hard training session in the evening. Endomorphs trying to lose fat should be very aware of the effect it has on hormones. It isn't the calories doing the damage....it is the sugar spike, which affects certain hormone levels which, if you are over-weight, are already out of balance, thus causing you further difficulty, while trying to lose body fat. |

Until you eliminate wheat flour from your diet, you won't really know how bad it is for you. Get rid of the bread, pasta, bagels and pizza and you'll feel and LOOK younger. You'll have more energy and lose body fat. Does that sound like a bad thing?
