It's who I am

The best way to explain myself to the people on this site, is through a blog. I have just too much to say.

Let me start by saying that I am a very private and reserved person. I do not open up to very many people, but when I do I am an open book. I am not a random person and I am not willing to have sex with anybody just for the sake of it. Once a day or once a year, I go for quality not quantity and it only happens with a person that I feel that I have a connection with. I avoid one night stands and situations that will lead to them.
I have gotten where I am on my own, a very strong and independent female and I do not “need” a man and do not depend on one. I have a very amazing and financially rewarding job…it’s a love/hate job that keeps me VERY busy. I actually choose work over most all other things in life. My job puts me in a very male dominate industry, but I continue to excel. My work ethics are far better than the majority of people, I work anywhere from 80-100 a week, 52 weeks per year. My “down” time is very valuable to me and is usually spent alone or when possible spent with close friends.
If I decide that I want to spend time with someone, you can bet it will be with someone that I have made a VERY good connection with and not just some random person. I do not go out and I am not much of a social butterfly. I am extremely “awkward” or uncomfortable. A nice quiet dinner or just relaxing at home is much more preferred than a loud bar or nightclub. I have very few close friends that I will open up to and at times we do go out and usually after awhile I can become the life of the party
I am just that average female who does not require high maintenance and really I am more of a tomboy than anything. I have a boots and blue jeans job and I do not prance around an office in high heels and play dress up. If I can’t wear boots and blue jeans then I am very unhappy and feel very uncomfortable!! I actually do not think I am a sexy, beautiful person at all and I tend to be very “humble” and get embarrassed when given compliments.
I have the tenancy to speak my mind, very loudly, and I can be very sharp tongued. People usually can’t handle my brutal honesty as I have absolutely NO filter what so ever. I can kill you with kindness or rip your head off with a simple look. Many people tell me that I am “offish” or a bitch, because I am straight forward and do not tolerate drama.
All in all, I am a genuinely kind person that has a few friends that I care about and will ultimately do whatever I can for them. If you are so lucky as to get me to that point, regardless of sexual interest, just know that you will have a friend for life!! Whether you want or not…lol. . I will in the end get want I WANT…it may take me awhile, but I will get it. Patience is a must with me to feel comfortable enough to talk to you, I need the time to analyze and reanalyze your every word, pictures, actions and etc…I mean I did reread and rewrite this about 3 times!!! I can probably keep on going as I have the tenancy to over talk and/or over think EVERYTHING, but I will wrap it up for now.
