AFF. Bunk or do I expect too much? Likely the latter. I'm looking for an affair so my standards are decently high even though i value myself worth at a moderate level. So i jump at an exceptional specimen who asks for pictures and then deactivates or does not even reply again. One conversation and then they fade into the mist. Then there are others I deem below my self worth. Why do you even contact me? Do I look that horrible and desperate? Probably. However, I have yet to realize that is where I am at in my life. Contact me in another year or 2 when I reach mid 30s. |

I have a "probably none of my business question. What were the nature of the pictures; sexy, semi nude or nude, clothed? The reason that I ask is that there are people here who are picture collectors. Their goal is to get pictures either for stroke material or even to use them to create false profiles. In general, it's not uncommon for people to fade away after initial contact. Some people get cold feet, others get caught by a partner/spouse, and there are a bunch of other reasons. Don't be surprised f it happens again. One thing I find helpful it to be specific about what is a no go for me. When I'm actively searching, one of the things I specify is that I only want to meet men who have a certain level of education. A couple of suggestions that might be helpful. 1. If you haven't get a cheap pay as you go phone. This way if someone becomes a problem, you can just toss the phone and get another. along those lines, I assume that you have a burner email account for this site. 2. Another issue that people complain about are people not showing up for scheduled meets. The way that I avoid it is to tell the person I'm meeting that they need to confirm they are still meeting me 60-30 minutes before and that if I don't hear from them, I'm will assume they are not coming and I will not be coming either. Most people who have no intention of showing up won't be bothered to confirm. There's a lot of bad and a lot of good with this site, it's whatever a person makes of it. Don't take it seriously, know that you'll meet bump into nice people and not so nice people on this site and you might even find what you are looking for. Best of luck to you.

I appreciate the comments and I understand that I obviously shouldn't be here for a knight in shining armor or a person with great morals or semi standards that include give a crap about the other person. I was just lucky with 2 FWBs once upon a time that understood what i was missing and what i was needing and that I am not a horrible person i'm just needing something i'm missing. again thanks for the comments whoever took the time to read and better yet comment
