Advice for all women (vital information) THROUGH A R APISTS EYES A group of r apists and date r apists were interviewed in prison. They were interviewed in what they look for in a potential victim. Here are some interesting facts. The first thing the men looked for in a victim was hairstyle. They are more likely to go after a woman with a ponytail, a bun, a braid or other style that can be easily grabbed. They are also likely to go after long haired women as opposed to short haired. The second thing the men look for is clothing. They will look for women whos clothing is easy to remove quickly. Many of them carry scissors to cut the clothing. They will also look for women using a cell phone, searching through their purse or other activities while walking that will show they are off their guard and could be easily overpowered. The number one place a women is abducted from is a shopping area car parking lot. The second is office parking lots or garages. Number three is public restrooms. The thing about these men is they are looking to grab a woman quickly and move her to a second location where they have less chance of being caught. If you put up any kind of fight at all, they get discouraged because it only takes a minute or two for them to realise that going afteryou isnt worth the risk because its time consuming. These men said they would not go after a woman carrying and umbrella or similar object that can be used from a distance in their hands. Keys are not a deterrent because you need to get close to the attacker to use them as a weapon. The idea is to convince these guys you are not worth it. POINTS TO REMEMBER If someone is following behind you on a street or in a garage or with you in an elevator or stairwell, try look them in the face and ask them a question like what time is it, or make small talk. Now that you have seen their face and could identify them in a line up you lose appeal as a target. If someone is coming straight towards you, hold out your hand in front of you and yell STOP !! or STAY BACK !! Most of the r apists this man interviewed said they would leave a woman alone if she yelled or showed that she would not be afraid to fight back. Remember they are looking for easy targets. If you carry pepper spray, yell I have pepper spray and hold it out in front of you as a deterrrent. If someone grabs you and you cannot beat them with strength, you need to try outsmart them. If you are grabbed around the waist from behind, pinch the attacker either under the arm between the elbow and armpit or in the upper inner thigh. Try pinching yourself in these places IT HURTS. After the initial hit go for the groin. You might think you will anger him and make him want to hurt you more, but the thing these r apists told the interviewer is what they want is a woman who is not gonna cause them trouble. Start causing him trouble and hes out of there quickly. When the guy tries to put his hands up to you, grab his first two fingers and bend them back as far as possible with as much pressure as you can pushing down on them if you can. Of course the things we always hear still apply. Always be aware of your surroundings. Take someone with where possible and if you see any odd behaviour DO MOT dismiss it go with your instincts. It may feel a little silly at the time but you would feel much worse if the guy really was trouble. MORE TIPS Tip from tae kwon do, Your elbow is the strongest point on your body. If you are close enough to use DO IT. If a robber asks for your purse or wallet do not hand it to him. Chances are he is more interested in your purse or wallet than he is in you. Run like hell in the oppposite direction. If you are ever thrown into the trunk of a car. Kick out the back tail light and stick your arm out the holeand start waving like mad. The driver wont see you but other drivers will, this has saved lives. Women have a tendency to get into their car after shopping, eating, working and just sit for a short while. DO NOT DO THIS A predator could be watching you and this will be a perfect opportunity for him to get in next to you, put a gun to your head and tell you where to go. As soon as you get in buckle up and leave. A FEW NOTES ABOUT GETTING INTO YOUR CAR IN A PARKING LOT OR GARAGE Be aware look around your car as someone could be hiding at the passenger side, peek inside your car inside the passenger seat and floor also the back seat and floor. ( do this before riding a taxi also ) If you are parked next to a large van enter by opposite side the van is on. Most serial killers attack their victims by pulling them into a van while a woman is trying to enter her car. Always check the car parked next to you on the drivers side and passenger side. SO RUN As women we are always trying to be sympathetic. Stop it ! It could get you r aped or even killed. Ted Bundy the serial killer was a good looking well educated man who played on sympathies of unsuspecting women. He walked with a cane or a limp and asked for help into his vehicle, which is when he abducted his next victim. Please share this with as many women you can. It is important to be aware of this. And you can vote with your feet, move to a state (like AZ) where you can defend your self. AZ has open carry and what looser will be so stupid when he can clearly see that you are packing heat? You could even save someone else.

Keep in mind when using aerosol propelled chemicals that you test it so you know it's length of stream.Try and have the wind behind you or it could wind up right in your own face.Aim for the face.I never let any of our female employees leave without me walking them to their cars. Using more than all the road!
