 I would imagine that any level of anal play runs the risk of some fecal matter coming out. You probably need to do an enema or two before he comes over. There are several varieties out there to help, but water will do the trick well enough. If you're on a health/detox kick, use coffee (after it's been cooled down to room temp of course).
