 Since I am the furthest thing from being a vegan, this sounds like the kind of restaurant I would enjoy. Not sure about the foie gras though. No doubt it’s an acquired taste. Wonder what else is?

 An incredible foodie experience? I had grilled Swordfish in Port Aransas that was really good, but the next day I had Whataburger and I thought I was gonna pass out in burger heaven. foie gras? oooooo I feel a blog post coming on...

Swordfish sounds like a classic! Silly easterner ME, I had to google the whataburger... Who knew? 'All the way' ? - over hear we call them 'all dressed', sounds like a classic as well. Would love to try one. Supposedly the mustard is special? Hmmm. I'm hungry already! Ya learn something new every day! Thanks!

 It sounds fantastic, but I would probably have to draw the line at pig's head. Although now that I think of it, my friends and I went to a Filipino restaurant a couple months ago and I think pigs head was an ingredient in one of the dishes - it just wasn't, you know, an obvious head.

My annual overeating experience is a holiday luncheon at Fogo de Chao (brazilian steakhouse chain). The waiters run around around with skewers of various kinds of freshly grilled meats. They keep serving you until you admit defeat and flip over your card from green to red. You're stuffed but then they run by with something that looks and smells SO good and you end up flipping your card back over...

With all due respect to anyone grossed out by the sight of a pigs head - there was so much meat and it was so tender, you didn't need teeth.. Lol. It was a site!

But I love the description of that Brazilian place. Sounds like a classic and one that I would totally trip on. Hmmm... Thanks for sharing. I'll look those guys up! Damm. I'm hungry! Food is a serous aphrodisiac!

Really though.. it's just about attitude. if only they weren't so self righteous... lol. Anyway.... this resto was pure meat lovers heaven. They had no place being there. So.. can I interest you in a pig's foot? lol 😁🌵🐷
