 I love to eat duck. In my culture, we eat duck only on special occasion, such as Lunar New Year or some other major Han Chinese holidays. I find duck flesh to be not only delicious, but also pretty easy to chew, since duck is more fatty than chicken, and much more so when comparing to turkey. (Plus I love the sound the duck makes when it is alive. Quack!)
