Why do you like older men? / Why I've begun to like younger women.
I've chatted with several younger women (everyone is younger than me now!) and have always found it quite interesting and instructive to listen to their answers. In one way, it is sad because not infrequently it is often noted that it is not so much a desire for older men per se, but rather than that the men more near their age do not treat them as their whole person needs.

I taught for 30 yrs and never once entertained the idea of fooling around with a student let alone actually do it. It just didnot cross my mind. I was happy with the maturity of women more near my age. So it is strange that after all these that I have now come to desire striking up a friendship with young ladies —but I do! Before, I always thought of how perverse it was for men to chase after, basically, girls, especially girls. I still would never cross that line other than to be a platonic mentor to them. Yet having enjoyed a few summer months with a 19 yr home from college, I must admit, though there were obviously cultural, physical and psychological differences, even to some degree, linguistic differences, I thoroughly enjoyed the relationship while it lasted.

Why do I now like younger women? To be truthful, I not sure. Besides the physical nostalgia, I probably have to say that I enjoy mentoring, being fatherly, protective, to a minor degree, paying for gifts and always picking up the tab, always puling out her chair and opening the door for her. It seems to me that older women no longer appreciate those things for some strange reason. Or at least they do not express it. And it has been to my utter surprise that many older women simply do not know or remember how to kiss, leastways with the passion of younger woman. For them, life is still new and to be explored. Perhaps because they have fewer comparisons to compete with. I love the way a younger woman looks at me. Flirty. It actually ascribes a bit of verification to my continued existence. Is there any thing better in life than knowing there is some one who actually looks forward to being with you despite all the differences?

I would appreciate if you would give me some of the reasons why you like older men.

Older men will treat younger ladies with care and ready to take all responsibilities

Older men will always want to be proud of you

Older men will never plan to cheat on you if he really love you

i think they will be understanding, caring, show some much love

She just added that she had an older daddy (older than me) for two years. Sex was good. But it wasn't just about sex and that is what she likes about older men. I got the inclination she being treated and seen as "special." Read into that as you will.

I would just add to her comment about the sex being good, that older men, if healthy, do not have ED problems. Personally, if anything, I can now last longer. I don't know if that is physical or psychological. Many ED problems are psychological problems. So I understand why older women prefer younger men if sex is the primary reason for the relationship.

 I certainly didn't expect there to be debates on this. I was merely inquiring, pros/cons on why younger girls like older men. Of course I don't mind if you post why you as an older woman prefer younger me or the reasons why you prefer men more near your age. I just didn't anticipate there would be what has occurred.

I think age is really a very relative thing. I know young people who are much more mature than people twice their age. And when I'm at the gym and I am asked how old I am, they are always shocked when I tell them. Even my doctors nurse told me she thought I was 50's. I know I don't feel my age. And I still have moments of silliness, feeling like I was 20 something. And physically, except perhaps in boot camp or wrestling in high school, I have never been more fit. So it is basically about attitude. Your attitude can not but help to change as you grow older. I have noticed that I have become more cynical because of all the games people have played on me. It is difficult for me to trust people now.

Anyway, I would like for the comments here to remain directed at the subject at hand, not at each other. Thx.

 I don't know about the current crop of self centered, narcissistic young men out there. The young women are not too far behind. lol

 I can understand the attraction to someone younger. I could not see it as something long term but definitely I can enjoy his joie de vivre for a period of time. Having said that, there as to be a mental connection there, some maturity.

Absolutely. And being older, one must be cognizant of what long lasting effect one can impress on the "ute." (LOL "My cousin vinnie")

And short lived in one sense but always available in the future if help is needed.

oddly I don't know if the place here is working at all I click on stuff and I don't get anything but if you do its ok I don't worry about the small stuff ..I tease and torment a whole lot of people and I can take as good as I can give call me smart ass but its all in fun..lol

Older men are:
1) more established and grounded
2) more financially secure
3) more appreciative
4) less self oriented both sexually and relationally
5) more experienced

 lol I heard that older men who brag about how older don't know how to kiss as passionately as younger women ? how many younger women you know kind of stop what they are doing and proceed in any kind of passionate way..How many know what that word means ..lol..passion isn't sex or lust its something acquired over time and older women have that ..you just haven't met any yet because you focus on chasing the young tail...ask your next girl to spell passion and explain what it means ..maybe buy her a happy meal and make McDonalds happy too ..lol awww silly I am teasing ..just don't stop in the middle of a freeway and lick your balls , its a good way to lose your head when chasing tail.

First, thank you for your response and comments.

I can only post on my own experiences. There was only one woman my own age (over the last 6-8 yrs) who curled my toes and actually made me light headed. She was from France. To my great surprise, that was all she could do, however. But for someone who loves to make out, I didn't complain in the least. Great friends for a couple of years till she returned to France with her hubby.

As far as focusing on "young tail", as I noted, this is only very recently. I only ever entertained women my own age prior to this. No offense and certainly no disrespect. I love a mature woman. Conversations are much more meaningful.

I wished there were more women like yourself. I replied to peli about my vacation encounter a few years ago. I'm not an asshole.

While on vacation in the caribbean, I met a woman 8 yrs my senior. We hit it off immediately. And to my surprise, she truly was the first insatiable woman I had ever been with. Was great fun those first 3 wks. Flew back down for another 3 wk. Then flew down again but near the end of those 3 wks, her insatiability began to wear on me. Never enough led to where, though I still was able to get it on, I couldn't come. Both frustrating and painful. She would come all night and would never make me feel like I had accomplished anything. Surprisingly always wet which was nice. I was 64 at the time.
