Let me explain how we work. My husband gets on here to help weed out anyone he knows I wouldn't like, anyone who is only looking at pictures, anyone who isn't serious, etc.. He then gives me a select few so I can talk to see if we all click before proceeding. My husband swears up and down that people talk back and forth with him on IM or mail, but when I mail back, it is one word answers and crickets. I am sure people know more words that "hi or hello." Try expanding your vocabulary to include more than one word answers and I may find you interesting.

 I totally get the interview process, and I for one welcome it. its so important to find the right fit for all parties. now for me I read profiles and I hope you do too that's one way to see what the other is looking for. then a flirt or hotlist to let the other know your interested. then maybe an IM or email. so if this make sense check me out and let me know.
