 It’s been that way since at least 2007 when I first tried this site. It seems to work for a few people but I think that's a glitch. Seems it’s designed to steal points from standard members in order to frustrate them into paying and getting better options, lol

 The Instant message, even if it worked 100% technically flawlessly, I doubt that it would work for me anyway, so I pretty dont much care
