So don't feel alone.... reachout.... someone , somewhere is a Rock for you in your current storm, and if your life is golden, remember it can change... and while you can, be there for someone who needs you
Don't let things get you down... find a reason to smile and make it the best day you can, and doing something physical can reduce stress ten fold
