well folks it's THAT time of the year again, when we make a load of daft promises and take ages to actually start them, we always end up not doing fook all about the diet/ smoking/ drinking promises that we SAID we would do so I have decided to do an aternative NY resolution
......Instead of dieting I am gonna buy my fav full fat cheese with apricot and wash it down with some liquid refreshments (damn tea is getting a tad boring now)of the alcoholic variety
......I am going to lounge around more chill out with more herrrrrrbs (must pick up soon  )
......And I am go dance crazy instead of growing up and being "" mature "" because I like to
......And I am gonna be smiling because I am happy doing exactly how I please hehehehe

Today I received a strange text from a one time good friend from here explaining away a failed evening with someone from here, let's get one thing straight..
I personally do not care who everybody shags, it's NOT my business I for the record do not meet from this site anymore,I have something that is called a "social" life I don't ever need to prove who I am or how worthy my integrity is either,and I do not base my life around this site, something was also mentioned to me in this text that someone in here was talking about me behind my back (I haven't been on here for a week ffs ) well my answer to THAT would be....
talk away,say what you like,I personally don't give a monkey's I am not on here often enough to even hear it...so it's wasted on the sad turds that get off on it, and if others are talking about you....I won't listen either but you are on your own in that respect
Now that record is straight, I hope we can put this stupidity behind us and let each other get on with our own lives

Thank god it's finally over...
The american presidential elections generally,like our own in the UK,were never a cause for such concern or even involvement ,till recently
having followed the McCain and Obama story briefly. one thing stood out quite dramatically..
Obama has been called a lot of things during the run up to the elections, especially by the media ,both in the US and in europe, amoungst these names he has been hailed a messiah,a hero, a man who overcame judgement in the face of diversity, some even go as far as to say he is the new martin luther king ,Ive heard him called a miracle worker who can walk on water, a saviour of the african-american people ,an idol of black people EVERYWHERE, hope for all blacks around the globe
now let me get something clear here as I am a tad confused...
we have ALSO been told... "it's never BEEN a race issue,but a democratic/republican race to the white house with a candidate for both parties "
never been a race issue??? so why then are the words "black-american and african-american and black man mentioned so DAMN much ,if it's not a race issue ??

According to this story in an american newspaper...a contest has fallen flat on it's face

ATLANTA - A contest that would pay $10,000 to an engaged couple, as long as they abstain from premarital sex, hasn't gotten any takers. The deadline for the Marriage for a Lifetime contest is Oct. 31. The prize includes free flowers, invitations and other wedding treats.
So far, organizer Phillippia Faust hasn't gotten any entries.
She said, "In our society it's going to be hard to find" a couple that hasn't had premarital sex.

at long last the foxiness has started her training....the mind is SLOWLY coming along as I need to be mentally fit to do what I have to do and the body will slowly follow...I have cut down on the alcohol and only drink herbal tea (okay okay weekends are different lol )
so my holidays next year I will be sporting a "borat stylee" swimsuit as featured opposite

I is back..........
from Naples, where I had a fantastic time as I always do
a special thanks to my friend who had to put up with me, I think he is shattered lol
so I brought home some gold medals for team GB (and don't ask what for either but they were well earned )

WELL DAMMIT....
I am back from holiday tanned and refleshed (both spelings inserted here)...got to heathrow and wished I had brought a parka with fluffy hood and quilted trousers with me, was a shock to the body system to come from 42C heat to 17C winter..what the HELL has mother nature done to us?I heard it was bad here when i was away but surely a cool 28C would be suffice?
apparently not !!! today is gale force winds and we have (surprise surprise) a weather warning.... my god the weather bureau must be so monotonous in England that they use the same weather chart for ALL seasons... may as well put it on a recording "oh its England.... same old same old....rain,wind with frost"
I am seriously considering not coming back next time as i wasted time making white "bits disappear only to get them back again a week later
(a word of advice to all the immigrants wishing to enter the UK..... "you can bloody well have it......WE don't want it....it stinks anyway)

nelson mandela is celebrating his birthday party in hyde park,many youngsters around the ages of 20-30 will support him as a great hero,many of us who have followed his reign of terror and that of his wife winnie mandela in his years as ANC president WILL remember I will quote some things from a bulletin that was made after the truth commission findings at winnie's trial....
Winnie Mandela was brought to trial in November of 1997 for her involvement in eighteen cases of murder, kidnapping, and torture, (Trouble with Winnie, 1). In the mid 1980's a spiral of reckless behavior and heavy drinking began, which some attributed to her time in jail; but either way it was this behavior that brought on the crimes, accusations, and then the trial, (Sampson, 301). Winnie was formally charges with these crimes but she never did serious time for her involvement. The outcome of the trial shows that whether she committed these crimes or not, she pegged them on the leaders and member of the Mandela United Football Club. For Example, her chief bodyguard was convicted of the murder of Stompie Seipei; for her involvement she was originally sentenced to six years in jail, but through an appeal she was able to reduce the sentence to mere fine, (Embarrassment or popular heroine, 2). This is how Winnie viewed her trials, "A last vicious attempt to remove me from the political arena. They have tried so hard for decades and failed. This time they'll fail forever," (Trouble with Winnie, 2).
The biggest case of all the Truth and Reconciliation Commission Trials was the murder of Stompie Seipei. The Truth and Reconciliation Trials were to help bring justice to all the people who committed racial crimes during apartheid, and bring closure to the black people. Stompie was a fourteen year old who was kidnapped and then murdered by Winnie and her United Football Club. The main witness in that trial was Katiza Cebekhulu. He alleges that Winnie and the United Football Club beat Stompie and his friends to a pulp. Also that he himself participated in the beatings on the first day, December 29, 1988, (Trials of Winnie, 2). He also stated that the boys were in such bad shape one day that she had to summon Dr. Asvat to come and look at the boys. Asvat was later gunned down for refusing to give Winnie the results of the tests, (Trials of Winnie, 2-3).

Throughout the trial Nelson Mandela, even though he was in jail, gave her unshakeable support. Even though earlier Winnie’s father had remarked that the marriage would be, "No bed of roses," Nelson and Winnie married anyway. Their bond was clearly very strong because he was so supportive. He stated during the trials that, "One of the aims of this case is to destroy the image of comrade Winnie, and myself, and the ANC," (Trouble with, 4). However, not everyone was with Nelson in his unshakable support and compassion. At one point Desmond Tutu remarked, "She(Winnie) was a tremendous stalwart of our struggle, and icon of liberation;" nine years later he stated that, "something went wrong, horribly, badly wrong," (Sampson, 296).
