When we played our charade
We were like posing
Playing at games, acting out names
Guessing the parts we played

And holey moley...are they kicking my butt!
Had poblanos yesterday. I love them. Stuffed with cheese and battered. Had a plate of them. Just them. Thought it would be relatively healthy.
They say you don't buy beer. Your rent it.
Well, I have a long term lease on these puppies!

I was surfing around earlier. I saw a profile that said "Looking for a Christian gentleman who loves God more than he loves me." I totally understand what the person was getting at. But I just found it a thought that would be better left unsaid.
Am I out in left field? For someone who is not devout, the answer is a little more obvious. But are you willing to explore the intellectual question at the center for a moment (if you are not devout) and let me know your thoughts?
I'm kind of torn between "I should not even bring it up, let alone post it" and "I really don't know how to feel about it...help me out here".
I watch a lot of Blacklist. I'm not sure if that helps me or hurts me on this one.

An cowboy sat down at the bar and ordered a drink. As he sat sipping his drink, a young woman sat down next to him. She turned to the cowboy and asked, "Are you a real cowboy?"
He replied, "Well, I've spent my whole life, breaking colts, working cows, going to rodeos, fixing fences, pulling calves, bailing hay, doctoring calves, cleaning my barn, fixing flats, working on tractors, and feeding my dogs, so I guess I a cowboy."
She said, " a lesbian. I spend my whole day thinking about women. As soon as I get up in the morning, I think about women. When I shower, I think about women. When I watch TV, I think about women. I even think about women when I eat. It seems that everything makes me think of women."
The two sat sipping in silence.
A little while later, a man sat down on the other side of the cowboy and asked, "Are you a real cowboy?"
He replied, "I always thought I was, but I just found out a lesbian."

I think people wonder why I'm so cryptic and vest covered. Here's an example...
Someone sent me a message. They live an hour from me. I received said message and didn't immediately reply. I'm not talking about two friends chatting. This was a cold hello.
She seemed put off that I didn't get right back to her. I responded sorry, but that I was busy. She said OK, no problem.
Now, as we all know, the system generates all kinds of activity for each of us whether we are here or not. I get emails from the system telling me that this person is checking me out. Which is fine, as it doesn't take much to generate that kind of notice.
But apparently she feels slighted since the system told her I was on, and I obviously didn't contact HER!
So here's the really good part...she sends me a bunch of messages on the system. I guess she's jumping my shit. Which again, is fine. But...
she must have unfriended me or blocked me or something. Which doesn't matter because I'm not looking to check her out. But....the messages she sent me now can't be read. So it's kind of a self fulfilling prophecy. I messaged you because you don't get back to me, and then I cut off any way for you to message me or read fully why I'm upset. You get the first six words of the last message!
I can't imagine what life would be like if she had my phone number.
