ok, i truely give up with this shit. having tried some more, this system just gets worse. clicking to look at a veiwers profile just leads to 'unable to find webpage'. great, that's really helpful.there is no volume control, it's either on or off. women from miles away are shown as male 0 miles from me.i don't want to see other peoples conversations nor do i want others to see mine. i'll use a chat room for that thanks. it just goes on. i'd be better off spending time looking for another 'adult' site rather than wasting any more of my time with this. it's unusable. well done Local Adult Companion. you've messed up big time on this one.

My cam wont even work on here - it shows up but when people click on it it says not broadcasting - you need to change it back to how it was

your new members video format is for the birds...( It Sucks) the last couple times they had changed it, they thought it was a upgraded...But it went backward in space useage and looks... I wish I hadn't extended my membership for a year...

So this has been in place for less than 24 hours but it is no coincidence that because of the lousy quality of picture, and the chat feature that the number of cams on has dropped by at times by half. People will vote with their memberships, and when they drop-don't say we haven't told you. Yesterday the broadcast quality was great-clear-large window...today grainy, small window, big white spaces. You will manage to do what your competition is trying to do-run yourselves out of business. Absolutely terrible decision.

what i forgot to say reguarding my previous comment was that all those faults are assumming you can get the cam to broadcast in the first place or it doesn't stop broadcasting even though it says you are!!! and that you appear on the 'who's broadcasting' list anyway!! so, if you manage to get over all those hurdles you then have full access to a whole heap of more problems!! fucking useless. that's how bad this is, i'm even starting to swear now!!!

Last night when I was reading this blog there were already 4 pages of complaints. This morning that number is already up to 9 pages. I suppose there is a lot I could say but I think its already been said. However, I could not help but notice the number of complaints coming from the gold and silver members. At times I wonder if this site can survive. I've noticed that many people in my region that used to be here are no longer around. I cant tell whether its service related or something else. Maybe they've found better sites? As a standard member there are a lot of reasons why I don't upgrade. One of these reasons would be the dissatisfaction of paying members of the site with all these technical issues. I repeat what's probably been said: fix whats broken first and don't try to fancy up the site without addressing the problems first. And if you're going to introduce changes, first make sure they work properly and second communicate with your members prior to introducing technical or policy changes. It stinks to discover these changes without prior notice, sometimes you don't know if its a technical issue or a policy change like now. In the meantime, I'm going to look around what else is out there. By the way, if you do reverse these changes you made this week, kindly keep me informed. You do have my E-mail address. Thanks.

NO GOOD!!!!!! Can't view profiles. personal cam screen will not allow scroll down to see all who are viewing. only partial list. won't show all the way down list or scroll button. takes way too long to load. Go back to old way. never know if anyone sees chat or not. THIS SUCKS remove and go back to the old way.......can't adjust volume nothing works like it should. Profiles cannot be found when clicking. says IE unable to find page. errors, problems screen freeze. NO GOOD

kafya's comment below is right, of course most of the complaints are from gold or silver members, we are the ones PAYING for this crap. i have no problem paying, i choose to do so but i expect to pay for something that works and is usable. no offence to non-payers but as what you use is free for you, you can't have it both ways!! but the point is, paying or non paying, this system is just rubbish.

I have been a paying member in the past. I quit because of that auto renew function, I am smart enough to renew myself IF I WANT TO. The new system sucks. I want to make my comments privately, chat rooms are for public viewing of remarks. If you would go back to the old system, and charge a reasonable fee for the service like 15.00 a month, you would have plenty of paying members. I can't receive messages while I am broadcasting.What is the purpose of having audio out when you can't receive messages in when broadcasting? Too many bugs and I agree it was a bad time just before the Labor Day Holiday, to implement a new system.

What a load of shite..you guys really screwed this F'n site up. I was a paying member for years and stopped paying a while back cos you kept fuckin things up and kept comin up with lame excuses you were fixing the problems,wot a joke!!! This was a good site at one time but the imbeciles that keep messing around with things that work and then fuck them up seem to be still there...get a life you morons leave things a lone.

I have been a gold member for a long time and it never seems to fail, that when Local Adult Companion has something that works just fine, they jackwith it to see just how many customers they can piss off. You people should really put more thought into the changes you make and decide if they are really necessary. If I cant get back to the old cam program or something simular then I will probably not be renewing my membership, I will become just another FREE member ridding on the backs of the ones that are willing to pay to put up with your unecessary changes. You shouls please the ones that pay first then let all these free bastards just have to live with what changes are made.

I am a gold member, so I shouldn't be having all the problems standard members are having, right? Ryan, please answer this simple question: I am viewing a member's webcam (which, sadly, now has very crappy video quality) and I want to send that person a PRIVATE message, just like I used to be able to. I don't want to broadcast my cam, which was never required in the past. How do I do it? How do I send a PRIVATE message to a member broadcasting their webcam? Are there directions posted somewhere on the site on how this is all supposed to work?

I'm now one of those (Free Bastards)you're refering to who was once a paying member for years until they started making fuck ups like this and caught myself on. Maybe you'll stop paying until they get a proper system up and running and listen to its members...Paying and Non Paying.
